  • AI Luminary

    Recognizes outstanding use of AI in customer service to enhance support processes and service excellence for both customers and agents.

Submissions for these awards are now open, and we invite all our customers to share their inspiring stories by the March 24, 2024 deadline.

Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges who are both internal experts from Sprinklr and accomplished external professionals. They will evaluate nominees based on their exceptional achievements within each designated category. A comprehensive approach will ensure a thorough and objective assessment, highlighting excellence and merit across the criteria of each category.

Winners will be invited to Sprinklr’s CXUnifiers event in May 2024 and receive their awards on the main stage.
